Tea is an integral part of Indian homes. In most Indians, whether it’s a good start to the morning or a relaxing evening, it’s essential.

But you likely also know that tea with too much sugar or drinking multiple cups of tea throughout the day isn’t a good option for everyone. So today, we’re going to tell you about a tea you can make at home that’s very beneficial and healthy.

There are many types of herbal teas available in the market these days, but you don’t need to buy expensive packets. You can easily make delicious tea with simple kitchen ingredients like ginger, basil, cinnamon, cardamom, and fennel. So, let’s explore some herbal teas you can make at home.

Ginger Tea

The first healthy homemade tea is ginger tea. Ginger is readily available in Indian kitchens. Simply crush it and boil it in hot water, then add a few tea leaves, if desired. This ginger tea will be very beneficial for your health. You can drink it both morning and evening.

Basil Herbal Tea

The next tea is basil tea. For this, you need fresh basil leaves. Boil some fresh basil leaves in water to make basil tea. To enhance its flavor, you can add a little ginger or lemon. You can drink this every morning and evening.

Cinnamon Tea

The next herbal tea is cinnamon. Mix small pieces of cinnamon in water and boil for a few minutes to prepare cinnamon tea. You can also add ginger or cardamom for aroma and flavor.

Fennel Tea

The next herbal tea is fennel tea. For this, boil fennel seeds in water to make it ready.

Cardamom Tea

If you like aromatic tea, you can drink cardamom tea. When making tea, lightly crush one or two cardamoms and add them. You can also add tea leaves.
