What is white discharge?

It may appear more or less frequently due to hormonal changes before menstruation.
Causes Of white discharge

There are two causes of white discharge: normal and abnormal. Common causes include hormonal changes in women during ovulation, pregnancy, or menstruation. Discharge due to extreme mental stress. The body’s natural lubricant produced when sexually aroused.

You can get rid of it to a great extent by adopting some good habits in your life –
- It is very important for you to take care of hygiene, that is wash your clothes using lukewarm water and a good chemical wash.
- Women should wear cotton underwear so that air can pass easily and moisture is maintained.
- It is very important for women to take care of their diet, hence consume curd, pulses and green vegetables in your diet and definitely include probiotic food in your diet.
- Keep changing the pad from time to time to avoid infection during periods.
- Whenever you use the toilet, always clean the front and back properly so that infection does not occur.
