Amidst the preparations for the assembly elections, the love of UP BJP Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya to become the CM has once again been exposed. He has expressed his desire to become CM during an interview, due to which the opposition is again targeting him for infighting in the BJP. SP and Congress have taken a dig at this statement by Keshav Prasad Maurya.

SP spokesperson Manoj Kaka has taken a dig at the statement given by Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, who is playing the role of Deputy CM in CM Yogi’s government, about becoming the CM. He quipped that Keshav Prasad Maurya has compassion. He said that, leave alone the poor CM, even his good department was snatched away.
Keshav Prasad Maurya will have to understand that BJP never wants the upliftment of backward Dalits. She wants to keep him as a courtier. Samajwadi Party had given him the golden opportunity to become the Chief Minister, but now that opportunity has also slipped from his hands. Does Keshav Prasad Maurya have the courage to say that he should be declared the face of the Chief Minister?
The talk of Keshav becoming CM does not suit – Congress.
In this episode, Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput also made fun of Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya. He said that the talk of becoming CM does not suit him. BJP has not even given the backward Keshav Maurya a chair;ir, he has made him sit on a stool and has imposed sub on everything. Further, he said that if you wish, then break the party; it brought 100 MLAs. You will become the CM, but you do not have the courage and stature to become the Chief Minister.

For your information, let us tell you that Keshav Prasad Maurya, while answering questions in an interview on a channel two days ago on Saturday, had said that – I also have the ambition to become the Chief Minister. But this will not happen because of my wish. He had said that the party has leadership, a nd the party leadership decides this. The legislature party of the party decides under whose leadership the first goal is to bring our majority.
Further, Keshav Prasad Maurya said that we will bring the same overwhelming majority in the year 2027 as we had brought in the year 2017. We are contesting elections with a goal in mind. Who will be the CM after forming a majority? This can be decided only in the meeting of the legislative party.
