First, to make bottle gourd bhujia, you need a fresh bottle gourd. Wash and peel it thoroughly. Then, cut it into thin, small pieces.

First, take a pan. Turn on the gas and heat it, adding oil. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. As soon as the cumin seeds start crackling, add finely chopped green chilies and fry for a few seconds. And fry it well.

Now add the chopped bottle gourd and mix well on medium flame. After this, add all the spices like turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt as per taste. Once you have mixed all the spices in the bottle gourd, cook it well for a few minutes. After this, cover the pan and let the bottle gourd cook on low flame.

When the bottle gourd becomes soft and its water has evaporated to a great extent, remove the lid and fry it on high flame for some time. And now your wonderful Bhujia is ready.
