Introduced with e-clutch technology
Honda CB650R bike is introduced with e-clutch technology in which the rider can do smooth gear shifting without using the clutch lever i.e. gear shifting can be done without pressing the clutch to start, stop and change gears of the bike. It also has manual control for clutch lever and gear shifter. The e-clutch technology given in it gives a very comfortable experience to the bike rider during riding.
Price
Availability and competition: The Honda CB650R is priced at Rs 9.60 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in two colours. The bike will be available via Honda Big Wing dealerships and competes with the likes of the Kawasaki Z900, Triumph Trident 660 and the Honda CBR650R.
Design
The design of Honda CB650R is like a new sports cafe, which has been designed using very modern elements. It has been given a retro style in which round LED headlight is being given which reminds of old-time bikes. The fuel tank in it is muscular, apart from this it also gives a very sporty look from the tail area, this bike is made of steel frame which gives it strength. The suspension given in this bike is also very comfortable, along with this a 5-inch TFT display is also being given in it which supports Bluetooth connectivity.
Engine
Honda CB650R is being given a 649cc liquid cooled in-line engine, it gives power of 94 bhp at 1200 rpm and torque of 63 nm at 9500 rpm, it is being given a 6-speed gearbox assist and slipper clutch.
