Learn the Soya Kebab Recipe

First, to make this kebab, you need to take soy chunks. These chunks need to be soft enough. To do this, soak them in hot water for a while. They will soften after a while. Once they soften, squeeze them out thoroughly.

Now, you need to clean the spinach and boil it. Drain the excess water.

Squeeze the spinach and place it on a plate.

Now, take a mixer and add boiled soya, boiled spinach, boiled peas, coriander leaves, ginger, and green chilies. Grind them coarsely. Then, transfer this mixture to a bowl, add boiled potatoes, gram flour or breadcrumbs, and all the basic spices. Mix everything thoroughly to form a mixture. This mixture is for the kebabs.

Now, apply some oil to your hands and shape the mixture into small tikkis. You can make round tikkis or long ones if you prefer. Now, take a non-stick pan. Place it on the stove, lightly oil it, and fry the kebabs over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Use a small amount of oil and cook for a long time so that they are crispy on both sides.
