DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana: Everyone dreams of buying their own house but due to financial problems, not everyone is able to fulfill this dream. One such scheme has been launched for the people of Delhi, which is known as DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana.
Under this scheme, 7500 flats are being made available at very low prices at three locations in Delhi. This scheme has been launched by DDA. Under this scheme, a discount of up to 25 percent is also being given on buying a flat.
Booking is being done at three locations
DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana has been launched by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in which an opportunity is being given to buy flats in three locations of Delhi, Loknayakpuram, Sirsapur and Narela. People who do not have their own house can buy flats at these three locations under this scheme, in which a discount of up to 25% is also given. Registration has started in this from 20 May 2025.

The process of registration has been started in DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana from 20 May 2025, if you also want to buy a house in Delhi and do not want to spend much money, then you can get this great opportunity to buy flats in Loknayakpuram Siraspur and Narela in Delhi.
In which you can get flats at affordable prices under discount. This scheme has been started on 20 May 2025 and booking of flats has started from 12:00 noon on 27 May 2025. This scheme will be closed by 26 August 2025, so the sooner you apply in it, the sooner you will be able to get a flat under this scheme.
Booking amount for flat booking
To book a flat in DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana, you will have to pay some amount as booking amount, in which the booking amount will be different according to the category. In this, booking amount of ₹ 50,000 will have to be paid for EWS category, booking amount of ₹ 1,00,000 for LIG, booking amount of ₹ 4,00,000 for MIG and booking amount of Rs 10 lakh for HIG.
In this, LIG flats will be built in Siraspur, whose price will range from Rs 13.3 lakh to Rs 13.6 lakh, apart from this, 150 LIG flats will be built in Loknayakpuram, in which the price of each will be Rs 20.5 lakh to Rs 21.35 lakh. Apart from this, 96 MIG flats will be built in Loknayakpuram, whose price can range from Rs 1 crore to Rs 104.6 crore. The price of each flat depends on its size and location.
Who can apply?
Any citizen of India can apply for DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana. To apply, you have to apply from the official website of DDA. To apply in this, the annual income of the applicant’s family should not be more than Rs 10 lakh. To apply in the scheme, the applicant must have all the necessary documents like Aadhar card, PAN card.
