Tamil Nadu politics is in the news these days due to rapidly changing developments. Now the news is that Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) are also preparing to join the government. It is believed that the leaders of these parties may also get a place in the cabinet on Friday. If this happens, it will not just be an expansion of the government but will be considered a sign of a major change in the politics of the state.
This situation is also being considered challenging for the DMK because the parties with which it maintained political understanding and coordination for a long time, are now seen moving in a different political direction. Although changing alliances is not a new thing in politics, but the departure of many allies together in such a short time can definitely be a cause of concern for the party.

Why are the allies moving towards the Vijay government?
