First, take a large pan and add the gram flour. Now, add the gram flour and lightly fry it over low heat. Do not over-fry or the flour will burn. Keep stirring the flour so that it doesn’t darken too much and is roasted normally. Once it’s roasted, turn off the heat and place the roasted flour on a plate.

Now, you need to prepare the dough for the gram flour biscuits. Take a large bowl and add a little ghee and powdered sugar. Whisk them thoroughly, continuing to mix until a smooth mixture forms.

Once this mixture is formed, add gram flour, refined flour, baking powder, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Add milk little by little to form a soft dough. Form the dough in such a way that you form round biscuits.

Once the biscuits are ready, shape them. Break the prepared dough into small balls and press them lightly with your palm to form biscuits. If you have a biscuit cutter, you can also use that groove to prepare the biscuits.

Prepare each biscuit individually and place them on a plate. Garnish with chopped dry fruits like pistachios, cashews, or almonds and press them down.

Now it’s time to bake the biscuits in the pan and give them the final touch. For this, first, take a heavy-bottomed pan. Add about 1 to 1.5 cups of salt and spread it evenly. This will ensure your biscuits are ready to be baked and taste like a bakery. Place a stand or small bowl over the salted pan. Cover the pan with a lid and preheat on low heat for about 10 minutes, just like you would an oven. Place a plate on top of the pan. Place the biscuits you prepared with the flour on this plate to bake. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Once the 15 to 20 minutes are up, remove the lid and see them turn slightly golden. Turn off the heat and remove them. Your biscuits are now ready. You can store them in an airtight container. And you can use it later also.
