Now, take a pot and add water. Heat the water and lightly boil the gourd leaves in it for 2-3 minutes. After this, remove the leaves, let them cool, and squeeze them out.
Now take a mixer jar and put the boiled bottle gourd leaves in it. Add green chilies, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, roasted cumin seeds, and salt. Grind it finely, adding a little water as needed. Don’t make the chutney too thin. Keep it a little thick. And now, at the end, add lemon juice.
If you like the taste of tempering in chutney, you can also add tempering to this chutney. For this, heat some mustard oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and a dried red chili.
