Make Semolina Pizza Like This
First, to make semolina pizza, you need to put semolina in a bowl. Now in this bowl, mix semolina and curd well. That is, mix semolina and curd well together. You can also add water as per your requirement. As soon as both the things are mixed well, keep this batter aside for 10 minutes by covering it.
Now watch this batter for 10 minutes and add salt as per your requirement, also add chat masala, black pepper powder and mix it again.
Now you have to take a non-stick pan, and after turning on the gas, keep this non-stick pan on that gas. As soon as this pan gets hot, apply some oil on it. And spread the batter on the pan in a round shape from above.
As soon as the batter gets cooked a little from one side, then add finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, corn and green chilli on top of it. Sprinkle grated cheese and a little oregano on it.
Now after adding all the cheese on top, let it cook for some time. As soon as all the vegetables become soft, then let it cook from the other side also. When it gets cooked from both the sides, take it out in a plate and serve it with tomato sauce or green chilli sauce.
Important Tips
When making semolina pizza, let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes, allowing the semolina to swell. The batter should neither be too thin nor too thick. Heat the pan lightly, then add the pizza, then cook on low heat. Add vegetables and cheese, then cover, allowing the cheese to melt thoroughly. If you want a crispy base, apply a little ghee or oil to the edges.
