Complete Method
If you’re going to make pea kofta, first wash the green peas thoroughly. After washing, drain all the water.
Now, take a mixer. Put the washed peas, ginger, garlic, and green chilies into the mixer jar and grind them thoroughly.
Once the paste is ground, transfer it to a plate. Mix in the gram flour, all the spices like turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder, and add salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Once everything is thoroughly mixed, turn on the gas stove and heat oil in a pan. Now, form the pea mixture into small balls that resemble koftas. Fry these balls one by one in the pan. Fry them until they become crispy. Once they are crispy, transfer them to a plate.
Now, grind the onion, green chili, garlic, and tomato in the mixer and mix it well paste . Once the paste is ground, add this paste to the pan. Fry this paste thoroughly. After this, when the paste is cooked well, add the fried all matar koftas into it. Let it cook on low flame for two to three minutes and cook them properly.
Once it is cooked, garnish it with coriander leaves and if you want, you can also add finely chopped onions on top. Cover it and cook on low flame for two to three minutes. Then take it out in a serving plate. Serve it with chapati or rice.
