Ingredients
1) Bread slices
2) Mozzarella cheese
3) Butter
4) Onion
5) Shimla mirch
6) Tomato
7) Black pepper powder
8) Red pepper powder
9) Oregano
10) Salt
11) Tomato sauce
Method of preparation This Sandwich

First, thoroughly wash and finely chop the onion, tomato, and Shimla mirch. Slicing the tomato core will prevent the sandwich from becoming soggy. Put all these chopped vegetables in a bowl. Then add grated mozzarella cheese, then add black pepper powder, red pepper powder, oregano, and a little salt. Keep in mind that cheese already has salt in it, so add less salt, mix all the things well and prepare it.
Now take a bread slice and apply a little butter on one side of bread, if you want you can also apply a little tomato sauce on the inside, this will make the taste even better, spread the prepared cheese and vegetables on two bread slices, then place the remaining two bread slices on top and press lightly.
Heat a frying pan on gas or sandwich toaster on low flame, then put some butter on the pan and place the prepared sandwich on it, cook from one side for two-three minutes till the bread turns golden and crispy, then turn the sandwich over and cook the other side in the same way, cooking on low flame makes the mozzarella cheese inside melt well and the bread outside becomes crispy.
When the bread turns light golden from both the sides and the cheese melts and appears light from outside then turn off the gas. Remove the sandwich from the pan and let it rest for a minute, then cut it with a knife, while cutting you will see the melted cheese getting pulled which is the speciality of this sandwich.
Now eat hot mozzarella cheese sandwich with tomato sauce, green chutney mayonnaise, or any other sause it can also be taken with tea, cold drink or coffee, this cheese sandwich is also a great option in children’s tiffin also as well as evening snacks also.
