Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Central Government transfers the instalment amount at intervals of four months. So far, 23 instalments of ₹2,000 have been disbursed under this scheme. Everyone is now awaiting the next instalment, a wait that is expected to conclude in October, when the funds will be transferred to the farmers’ accounts.

Which farmers will receive the instalment amount?
Farmers who have completed the necessary formalities will benefit from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. If you do not meet all the eligibility criteria, you will not receive the instalment benefit, which could lead to difficulties. If the ₹2,000 instalment does not reach your account, it implies that essential tasks such as e-KYC and land verification remain pending. You must complete these procedures to avoid facing issues.
Understand the importance of e-KYC.
If you wish to avail the benefit of the ₹2,000 instalment, completing the e-KYC process is mandatory. To do this, you must visit the scheme’s official portal or a nearby Common Service Centre (CSC), where you can complete the e-KYC procedure. Your bank account must be linked to Aadhaar, and the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) facility must be enabled on it. Additionally, land verification is mandatory; the physical verification of your land documents, specifically the land seeding process,s must be completed.
