UP Government: Very good news for the Home Guard Volunteers. Where the Uttar Pradesh government has taken a great step for the Home Guard volunteers. Where the government has allocated 35.5 Crore in the supplementary budget to provide cashless medical treatment for the Home Guard volunteers. With this step, the Home Guard volunteers will get benefits in the health sector. With this decision, more than one lakh Home Guard volunteers, unpaid officer and their dependent family members will also be able to benefit from this step taken by the UP Government. In Addition, the government has also allocated the amount of 35.75 Crore to the Uttar Pradesh Police recruitment and Board promotion for the confidential service expenses. The move aims to provide better healthcare support and strengthen the state’s police administration.

Other Major Steps taken by the Uttar Pradesh Government
According to reports, the Uttar Pradesh Government has also allocated the Amount of Rs.304.5 crore in the supplementary budget for the care and financial support of people who are visually impaired, deaf and mute, or physically disabled. Along with this, the government is also working for the safety of the Physically Inable people. The government has also allocated the amount of 9.10 Crore to provide free travel for people with Disabilities in the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) buses. The measures are intended to improve accessibility, reduce financial burdens, and support the overall well-being of people with disabilities across the whole state.
Measures for the Physically Challenged People
As per the reports, the Uttar Pradesh Government has started many new initiatives and taken measures for people with disabilities. Through the schemes and steps, the government aims to provide support and security to the physically disabled people. The government has allocated a budget of 3 crores to provide motorized Tricycles, making it easier for people who have mobility problems. Also, a different budget has been set aside for the operation of Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, which offers education and support to the physically disabled students.
Uttar Pradesh Government has also proposed a budget for people who are affected by leprosy. Where the government has allocated a budget of 1.50 Crore. On the other hand, the amount of 10 crores has also been set aside for the poor people who are physically weak and disabled. The funds that are allocated by the government aim to provide a better healthcare system and security to the people who are physically challenged and are not able to get proper treatment.
