Comedian and actor Sudesh Lahiri recently appeared on Archana Puran Singh’s YouTube show titled “Sudesh Lahiri Ki Kahani – Ek Thappad, Ek Sapna Aur Ek Safar.” In this 23-minute video, Sudesh Lahiri discussed every aspect of his life and had a lot of fun with Archana Puran Singh. Archana’s husband Parmeet Sethi and their children Ayushmaan and Aryaman Sethi also joined the show. During the conversation, Sudesh revealed some aspects of his life that few people probably knew about.

During the show, Sudesh Lahiri spoke with Archana Puran Singh and her family, sharing his journey. He said, “I’ve often said that I’ve worked really hard to get where I am today. When I started my career, I struggled so much that I went bankrupt, and my house was sold. Everyone laughed at me. But when Archana Puran Singh laughed at me, I built several houses.”
Impressed by Archana’s Bungalow
Sudesh also spoke about Archana’s bungalow in Madh Island. He said, “I always doubted if she was truly wealthy, but today it’s confirmed that you are really rich. I’ve only seen such houses in movies.”
Worked at Small Shops, Sold Vegetables
During the conversation, Sudesh mentioned, “When I was young, I worked very hard. I’ve seen poverty. I worked at several small shops, made tea, worked in factories, and made shoes. I also sold vegetables. Rich people don’t need to lie, but when you’re poor and the moneylenders come asking for money, you often have to lie. All of this acted like an acting course for me.”
