DDA Housing Scheme 2025, the second phase of Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana in Delhi will start from 7 November 2025, in which 1537 flats of LIG and EWS will be available for booking, in which you can book a flat for Rs 11.8 lakh.
DDA Housing Scheme 2025 : Your dream of owning a home in Delhi will soon be fulfilled, as the second phase of the DDA Jansadharan Awas Yojana 2025 is set to begin in Delhi. This second phase will begin on November 7, 2025, and online bookings for 1,537 flats will begin. These flats will be available in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg, and you can book flats ranging from ₹11.8 lakh to ₹32.7 lakh. You can book these flats by paying ₹50,000 for an EWS flat and ₹1,00,000 for an LIG flat.
Booking will be done for 1537 flats
1537 flats will be available for booking in DDA Housing Scheme 2025. These flats will be available in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony and Shivaji Marg. For booking an EWS flat, you will have to pay a booking amount of ₹50,000 and for booking an LIC flat, you will have to pay a shining amount of ₹100000. First of all, applicants will have to go to DDA’s housing portal and deposit a one-time registration fee of ₹2500 for onboarding.
Booking will be done on “first come first serve” basis
In DDA Housing Scheme 2025, flats will not be allotted through lottery system or online auction, rather in this scheme, flats will be booked on ‘first come first serve’ basis, that is, if you have completed your registration and online booking has been done, then the one who books first will get the house. Booking for these flats will start from 12:00 noon on 7th November and this booking will continue till 21st December 2025.
What will be the eligibility?
To apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2025, certain eligibility criteria are required. Let’s learn about them –

- he applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- The applicant or his or her family should not own any plot or flat in Delhi or Delhi Cantonment.
- The applicant’s income should be less than Rs 10 lakh for an EWS flat.
Required documents
To apply for DDA Housing Scheme 2025, candidates must have necessary documents such as Aadhar card, PAN card, bank statement, income certificate. Disabled applicants will be required to submit a special certificate and give an affidavit stating that they will not make any changes to the flat.
How to do the booking?
- To book in DDA Housing Scheme 2025, you can go to its official website and complete the registration.
- Complete the registration by paying a fee of Rs. 2500.
- Now after logging in, book your desired location and EWS or LIG flat.
- Deposit a booking amount of Rs. 50000 for booking an EWS flat and Rs. 100000 for booking an LIG flat.
- This booking will start from 7th November 2025, in which you can book its flat by visiting the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana portal.
