Divorce Case to Move Forward

As per the details, family courts gives a cooling-off period to the couples before granting the divorce, where dhanshree verma and Yuzvendra Chahal’s were also in that cooling-off period. but as of now, the bombay court has overturned the family court’s decision. The divorce case has been taken to the bombay high court. where new orders have been issued. Justice madhav jamdar’s bench considered chahal’s participation in the upcoming IPL and directed the family court to make the decision about their relationship. Before, Passing the order justice jamdar also heard arguments from the lawyers representing both the parties. According to the reports, they filed for the divorce with their mutual consent earlier in this year and requested an exemption from the six-month cooling-off period. Now, the final hearing on this matter will take place on march 20, 2025, and a decision on their relationship is expected tomorrow.
