The Maharashtra Cyber Cell has sent a second summon to stand-up comedian Samay Raina in the India’s Got Latent case. He has been asked to appear before the investigation officer on February 17.

Raina’s lawyer informed the Cyber Cell that he is currently in the US and will return to India on March 17. However, Mumbai Police told his team that they cannot delay the investigation for so long. Therefore, the comedian must appear before the police within 14 days of the inquiry starting.
