After resigning from the post of Mahamandaleshwar, Mamta Kulkarni said that she has been a Sadhvi for 25 years and will remain a Sadhvi in future too. She said that she has done severe penance for 25 years and as a result she was given the title of Mahamandaleshwar but people were very upset with me being made Mahamandaleshwar.
