Lava launches gaming phone

With the release of the Play Ultra 5G, a mid-range smartphone with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 chipset, Lava has made its foray into the gaming smartphone market. Starting on August 25, the phone, which costs ₹13,999 (with bank discounts), will only be sold on Amazon.

With a 6.67-inch FHD+ flat AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1000 nits for fluid and vibrant images, the Play Ultra is designed to satisfy gamers. Additionally, it has 10-finger multi-touch capabilities, which makes it appropriate for intricate in-game controls. The device’s performance credentials were highlighted by its AnTuTu score of over 700,000. MediaTek’s HyperEngine technology improves frame rates, efficiency, and playability in general.
