New Delhi: Union Health Minister JP Nadda has been admitted to AIIMS due to health issues. His condition is now reported to be stable, bringing relief to his supporters and well-wishers. He has been placed under the observation of the Cardiology Department and underwent an angioplasty at AIIMS on Monday.
AIIMS has issued a health bulletin providing updates on his condition. According to the hospital, his treatment is ongoing under the supervision of doctors in the Cardiology Department. Further improvement in his condition is expected, after which he will be discharged.

When was he admitted?
Health Minister JP Nadda was admitted to AIIMS on the evening of August 13 after experiencing discomfort. At that time, he underwent medical examinations, including a coronary angiography. He was subsequently kept under observation in the Cardiology Department. AIIMS later announced that he underwent an angioplasty on August 17.
A press release issued by AIIMS on August 18 confirmed that Nadda’s condition is stable following the angioplasty, and he remains under medical supervision in the Cardiology Department. No information regarding his discharge from the hospital has been provided yet. The diagnostic process included an angiography test to assess the condition of his heart’s blood vessels and arteries.
