The UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025, which the UK government has launched, offers 3,000 Indian nationals the chance to live, work, study, and travel in the UK for a maximum of two years. The official UK government website, gov.uk, now allows interested candidates to register online for a free ballot.
On July 24, the ballot will close at 1:30 PM (IST). Within two weeks following the ballot closing, the successful applicants will be chosen at random and notified.
In addition to a scanned copy of their passport, interested candidates must provide their personal information, such as name, date of birth, passport details, phone number, and email address. An email invitation to apply for the visa will only be sent to those who were chosen at random.
Successful candidates must submit an online visa application within ninety days of being invited, have their biometrics verified, and pay the required fees. For 28 days in a row, they must keep the necessary monies on hand; the last day must occur within 31 days of the date of the visa application.

The UK-India Young Professionals Scheme 2025 eligibility requirements are as follows:
Be a citizen of India who is between the ages of 18 and 30 when the trip is scheduled.
Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher that is recognized in the UK.
Maintain a minimum of £2,530 (about INR 2,70,824) in personal savings for unforeseen expenses.
Keep their bank account balance at least Rs 2,50,000 for 30 days in a row.
Have no dependent children younger than eighteen.
Applicants should be aware that those with a Youth Mobility Scheme visa are not permitted to apply.
