Akhilesh Yadav taunt on CM Yogi
Today is the 40th day of Mahakumbh 2025, on this day also a large number of devotees have reached to take bath in the holy water of Ganga, but now politics has intensified on the water of Ganga Sangam in Mahakumbh by many opposition parties and opposition leaders are not stopping from making all kinds of statements.
CM Yogi had said on Wednesday that the water of Sangam is suitable for bathing and drinking, on which Akhilesh Yadav took a dig at BJP leaders and said that BJP leaders should use the water of Sangam as medicine and BJP leaders should be sent Sangam water so that they can bathe in it and cook food in it.

Akhilesh Yadav said on Sangam water that Sangam water should be sent to the homes of BJP leaders so that they can bathe with it and cook their food with it and if they fall sick then they can drink this water as medicine, he said will the BJP leaders accept this.
Earlier it was claimed in a report that the water of Sangam is not even fit for bathing and people can get sick by bathing in it but now in a second report it has come to light that Sangam water is like alkaline water in which one can bathe and drink it as well, it is 90% pure and does not have any bacteria.
What did scientists say on the water of Sangam?
After Akhilesh Yadav raised this issue, many top scientists have given their opinion on the water of Sangam and have tested it in the laboratory. They said that based on the tests done in the laboratory, the water of Sangam is absolutely pure. It is alkaline water. It contains some bacteria that destroy bad bacteria.
Scientist Dr. Ajay Kumar told in his report that he went to many ghats of Ganga and from there he took samples of Ganga water and tested them in his lab, after which it was found that there is no growth of bacteria in it. Although many people bathe in Sangam, so there should be bacteria due to this, but some such properties are found in the water of Ganga that do not allow these bacteria to grow. Apart from this, the pH of Ganga water is 8.4 to 8.6, which is like completely purified water. Along with this, such bacteria are found in it that purify the water of Ganga.
Scientists have rejected all the rumours being spread about Gangajal and have said that Gangajal is absolutely pure and fit for bathing and drinking and it is nothing less than a miracle. You can bathe in it and can also use it for drinking. It is completely alkaline water.
