AAP Leader Saurabh Bharadwaj Reacts to Exit Polls, Confident of Big Win
AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj has reacted to the exit polls released after the Delhi Assembly elections. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party is set to form the government with a big majority.

Voting Ends in Delhi, Exit Polls Indicate Big Changes
Voting has been completed for all 70 assembly seats in Delhi. After this, exit poll results have been released, showing signs of major political changes. According to the exit polls, the BJP appears to be challenging the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) closely. The competition between AAP and BJP seems tough.
Reacting to the exit poll results, AAP leader and Greater Kailash candidate Saurabh Bharadwaj expressed confidence. He stated that the Aam Aadmi Party is set to form the government with a big majority.
“AAP Always Underrated in Exit Polls”: Saurabh Bharadwaj
AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj has questioned the accuracy of exit polls, stating that his party has always been underestimated. He recalled past elections and said, “We have contested four elections in Delhi. In 2013, exit polls predicted our defeat. The same happened in 2015 and 2020, where our seats were shown to be lower than the actual results. Now, in 2025, our numbers are again being shown as less than expected.”
Bharadwaj claimed that exit polls fail to capture the true support for AAP because many common people hesitate to express their opinions openly. He alleged that BJP supporters create an atmosphere of fear, which discourages people from speaking their minds in surveys.
“AAP’s Vote Share is Always Higher Than Exit Polls”
He further added, “Exit polls have always been wrong about AAP. Our actual vote share is always higher than what they predict. Today, in my constituency, I saw people making victory signs, showing thumbs up, and even stopping their vehicles to tell me that they have voted for AAP. The excitement among people clearly indicates that AAP will form the government with a big majority, and exit polls will once again be proven wrong.”
What Do the Exit Polls Say?
According to the MATRIZE exit poll, the BJP is projected to win 35-40 seats in Delhi, while the AAP is expected to secure 32-37 seats. The People’s Pulse exit poll predicts a much bigger lead for the BJP, giving it 40-51 seats, while AAP is projected to get only 10-19 seats. Meanwhile, the JVC exit poll estimates that the BJP could win 39-45 seats, while AAP may secure 22-31 seats.
These exit polls indicate a tough competition between the two parties, with some surveys showing a strong lead for the BJP. However, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj has dismissed these predictions, claiming that AAP’s actual performance will be much better.
