The rainy season is continuing, and flood-like conditions are prevailing in many areas of Uttar Pradesh. It is being reported that the accident occurred due to the road caving in due to heavy rain. However, an investigation will now reveal the cause. An investigation has begun. Following the accident, residents have demanded the administration and the relevant department immediately inspect the road condition.

Road caving in due to rain has increased public inconvenience.

Continuous rain has been lashing Lucknow, causing waterlogging in many areas, causing significant inconvenience to the public. The accumulation of water can affect the soil beneath the road, potentially increasing the risk of accidents.

Students’ Concern

Roads are becoming increasingly dangerous for pedestrians during the rainy season, but this accident is gaining traction because it occurred right outside Lucknow University, raising concerns about the safety of students. The road cave-in has increased the danger for passing motorists, but it’s also a concern for students. If the pothole isn’t clearly visible during rain or darkness, another vehicle could be struck.
Local residents have demanded that instead of simply filling the pothole from the outside, a technical examination of the underlying condition of the road be conducted.
