According to the data from flightrader24, the plane took off from Thiruvananthapuram shortly after 8pm and landed in chennai at around 10:35pm. onboard were five members of parliament-KC Venugopal, Kodikunnil suresh, Robert Bruce, K.Radhkrishna and Adoor Prakash. After the landing, congress general secreatary KC Venugopal described the incident as a narrow escape from a major accident. he expressed relief that all passengers were safe and thanked all the crew for handling the situation carefully. Forcing the captain to the second attempt, the landing was successful. venugopal credited the pilot’s quick thinking and luck for the saving everyone, but stressed that passenger safety cannot depend on luck. He urged the DGCA and civil aviation ministry to investigate, fix accountability and prevent such incidents.
