The first auspicious slot for the rakhi ceremony will be from 5:47AM to 9:06AM. After the Rahukaal ends, the second auspicious slot will be from 10:4 am to 1:24 pm. According to the Panchang, On Raksha Bandhan, the subh (Auspicious) Muhurat will be from 7:27 AM to 9:07 AM. The Laabh (Progress) Muhurat will be from 2:06pm to 3:46pm, followed by the Amrit (The Most Auspicious Muhurat) from 3:46PM to 5:26PM. In the evening, another Laabh (Progress period) will be from 7:06 pm to 8:26 pm.
