PM Kisan 20th Installment will be released on 2 August 2025, in which ₹ 2000 will be directly debited into the accounts of 9.60 crore families.
PM Kisan 20th Installment: PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is a scheme run for farmers, in which ₹ 2000 is given to the farmers. In this scheme, farmers are given an amount of ₹ 6000 every year. This amount is given to them in three installments of ₹ 2000. So far 19 installments of Kisan Samman Nidhi have been released, after which all the farmers were waiting for the 20th installment.
Now it has been announced that ₹ 2000 of the 20th installment will be given to the farmers on 2 August 2025. This Samman Nidhi will be sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers, information about this has also been released on the PM Kisan portal.
PM Modi will release the installment from Varanasi
PM Kisan 20th Installment will be released by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi on 2 August 2025, this installment will be released from Varanasi in which an amount of ₹ 2000 will be sent to the farmers’ bank accounts as the 20th installment. In this scheme, only those farmers will be given its benefit who have registered in this scheme and whose eKYC is complete. In this scheme, an amount of ₹ 2000 will be sent to the accounts of 9.70 crore farmers, in which this amount will be sent to the accounts of all the farmers by July 31.
What is PM Kisan Yojana?
PM Kisan Yojana is a scheme being run for farmers, the benefit of which is available to small and marginal farmers, in which eligible farmers are given an amount of ₹ 2000 in three installments i.e. ₹ 6000 is given in three installments at an interval of four months in a year. This amount is directly debited in the farmers’ account. Farmers can use this amount to fulfill their agricultural needs, in which they can buy equipment related to their farming, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides etc. and can increase the fertility power of their farm.
How to check status
To know whether PM Kisan 20th Installment will come in your account or not, you can check your status by following these steps.
- First of all, go to the PM Kisan portal and click on the link “Know Your Status”.
- Now a page will open in front of you in which you enter your registration number and captcha code.
- Now verify the OTP by entering your registered mobile number.
- Now a page will open in front of you in which you fill all your necessary information, eligibility status and latest installment details.
- If in the eligibility status, green tick yes is written in front of land seeding and yes is visible with green tick in e-kyc status, then PM Kisan 20th Installment will be sent to your account before 31 July 2025.
