Mahakumbh 2025: PM Modi reached the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj this morning and took a bath in the holy waters of the Ganges and took a dip in the Sangam, during this time Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was also with him.
Today is the 24th day of Mahakumbh and today is the Ashtami of Shukla Paksha of Magh month, in which bathing is of great importance. On this occasion, the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi reached Prayagraj and took a bath in the Sangam. During the bath in Sangam, he was wearing saffron clothes and had a Rudraksha garland around his neck.
CM Yogi Adityanath was also present
During PM Modi’s visit to Prayagraj in Mahakumbh 2025, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was also seen with PM Modi where he also took a bath in Sangam. During PM Modi’s visit, CM Yogi informed him about all the arrangements of Mahakumbh, during this he traveled with PM Modi in the boat and accepted the greetings of all the devotees with folded hands, PM Modi took the blessings of Maa Ganga after bathing in Sangam and after bathing he worshiped Maa Ganga and offered water, during this time PM Modi was wearing saffron clothes and wore a Rudraksha garland around his neck.
PM Modi returned to Delhi
After taking bath in Sangam in Mahakumbh 2025, PM Modi has returned to Delhi. He informed about this in his social media post and wrote, “Today in Prayagraj Mahakumbh, after taking bath in the holy Sangam, I got the privilege of worshiping and by receiving the blessings of Maa Ganga, I have got immense satisfaction and peace. I pray to Maa Ganga for the happiness, prosperity and well-being of all the countrymen. Har-Har Gange!”
PM Modi reached Prayagraj in the morning itself
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Mahakumbh 2025 to take a bath and to get information about all the arrangements, he reached Prayagraj airport in the morning itself, after which he reached DPS helipad by MI-17 helicopter where Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was ready to welcome him, after this he left for Arail Ghat from where he reached the Sangam coast by boating and after reaching Sangam, he took a bath in Sangam.
More than 29 crore devotees have taken bath so far
Mahakumbh 2025 Mahakumbh fair is still going on in Prayagraj which started on 13th January in which three Amrit Snans have been done so far, during this time devotees are flocking to Mahakumbh and people from all over the country and abroad reached Mahakumbh to take bath in this holy confluence of Ganga. So far more than 38 crore people have taken bath in the confluence of Ganga.
