PM Awas Schemes: The survey for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has started again, in which those who have not yet applied for this scheme and are eligible for it will be able to apply till 31 March 2025.
This scheme has been started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which those people who are economically weak will be given pucca houses, in this, from 2024-25 to 2028-29, pucca houses are to be provided to those eligible families who are economically weak, while now the date for applying online in this scheme has been extended to 31 March 2025, for this you can also apply from the app of PM Awas Yojana.
Who conducts the survey?

The survey for PM Awas Schemes is conducted by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat or the Employment Assistant, in which those applicants who are found eligible are provided with permanent houses by the government. Its benefits are mainly given to economically weaker people and people of Scheduled Castes and Tribes who do not have permanent houses to live in.

Who can apply
- People from economically weaker sections can apply for PM Awas Schemes.
- In this scheme, the families who do not have a permanent house to live in will get the benefit of this scheme.
- Those applicants who have less than two and a half acres of irrigated land will be given the benefit of this scheme.
- Those applicants whose family members are not in a government job will be eligible for the scheme.
- Those applicants who do not pay income tax are eligible for this scheme.
Who will not get the benefit of the scheme

- The benefits of PM Awas Schemes will not be given to those farmers who have three-wheeler and four-wheeler agricultural equipment.
- Those who have more than two and a half acres of irrigated land and more than 11.5 acres of unirrigated land will not be given the benefit of the scheme.
- Those applicants whose KCC limit is more than Rs 50,000 will not get the benefit of the scheme.
- Those applicants who have three-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicles will not get the benefit of the scheme.
- Those who have pucca houses will not be given the benefit of the scheme.
- Applicants who pay tax to the government are ineligible for this scheme.
