Delhi Chief Minister Atishi held a press conference on Sunday morning, making new allegations against BJP workers regarding the attack on Kejriwal. She stated that three BJP goons attacked Kejriwal, and all of them were hardcore criminals who intended to murder him. Cases ranging from theft, robbery, to attempted murder have been filed against them.

Atishi said that these are not just ordinary workers, but skilled goons. Seeing their defeat in the elections, the BJP has become desperate and is now trying to take Kejriwal’s life. The first attacker was Rahul, also known as Shanky, a BJP leader and very close to Pravesh Verma. The second attacker is Rohit Tyagi, who also campaigns for Pravesh Verma. The third person is Sumit, who has cases of theft and robbery against him.

In response to these allegations, BJP leader Pravesh Verma said, “After being Chief Minister for 11 years, Kejriwal still has to go door-to-door to campaign. When he did not receive a positive response, he ran over three young men with his car on Saturday while they were demanding jobs.”

The dates for the Delhi elections have been announced. Voting for all 70 seats will take place on February 5, and the results will be declared on February 8. The current term of the Delhi Legislative Assembly will end on February 23.
