New Delhi: The weather is set to take a turn once again, with the possibility of storms and rain across various regions. A low-pressure area that has formed over the Bay of Bengal appears to be intensifying rapidly. There is a strong likelihood that it will develop into a cyclonic storm within the next 12 to 18 hours. Moving in a west-northwesterly direction, this system could reach several areas, including Andhra Pradesh, by the evening of November 2.
Rain is also expected in the northeastern states. In North India, temperatures are consistently dropping, and people have begun to feel the chill. Snow has started to accumulate in the hilly regions of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, and Uttarakhand, with snowfall bringing intense cold conditions. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings for heavy rainfall in several states.

Rain expected in 20 states.
