A major movement has begun in Maharashtra, and this has created a stir in political and administrative circles. The CJP has openly stated that a major demonstration will take place on October 10th. Meanwhile, a major update is emerging: police have issued notices to CJP leaders and activists. Following these notices, the organization is questioning the police’s actions, claiming that these notices are being issued to prevent the CJP from participating in the protest. CJP leader Abhijeet Dipke has directly alleged that the police notices are being used to pressure him and others not to participate in the protest. This notice was clearly issued to discourage people from joining the protest out of fear.
According to Abhijeet Dipke, the organization’s activists are angry about the police notice. He says that participating in protests and demonstrations is a citizen’s right to express their views democratically, but attempts are being made to take this right away. Abhijeet claims that by issuing this notice, there are ongoing attempts to pressure him. However, this protest will be a peaceful demonstration, a democratic right.
Deepke also leveled serious allegations against the police action. He stated that the police’s actions are aimed at reducing public participation in the protest scheduled for the 10th, and that people are not participating out of fear.
A Major Responsibility for the Law
Following the reports regarding Gyanesh Kumar and SIR, there have been persistent demands for Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation. The matter has escalated to the point where the CJP has announced a major protest. Meanwhile, the CJP has also announced a major protest on October 10th. The police now have a major responsibility to maintain law and order, and they are acting in this regard. Police typically issue notices to concerned individuals in anticipation of potential tension, crowd control, or the possibility of an untoward incident. In this context, the police have issued notices. However, on the other hand, politicians argue that the administration should respect the right to peaceful protest, not issue notices.
Notices Issued to CJP Leaders
Following the issuance of notices to CJP leaders, CJP leaders are now questioning the police, questioning why notices are being issued for peaceful protests. They allege that these notices are being issued in an attempt to pressure the organization and its supporters.
Abhijeet Deepak said that instead of intimidating or stopping those involved in the movement, the administration should engage in dialogue with them regarding their demands and issues and support them. He also indicated that the organization will continue its fight legally and democratically, and that the protests are being conducted democratically.
Amidst this entire incident, everyone’s eyes are now on what happens on October 10th, what steps the police will take next, and how they will handle this movement by CJP. Currently, allegations are being made regarding the notice, and both sides have their own stances.
