According to the teenager’s statement, after leaving the temple, the two reached Aastha Kunj Park. The plan was to sit there for a while, eat and then move ahead.
According to the police, the two were sitting in a part of the park when three men approached them and introduced themselves as policemen.
The FIR alleges that these people intimidated the teenager and her friend and separated them. The teenager was then taken to another part of the park.
Posing as a police officer, he threatened a teenager and her friend.
According to the police investigation, the accused questioned the teenager and her friend about their presence in the park and claimed to be police officers.

The police arrested all three accused within hours.

Later the college resumed offline classes. There was also a demand from the students to strengthen the security arrangements in the park and surrounding areas.
