Rajnath Singh And CM Yogi Distributed Prasad On PM Modi’s Birthday, Event Held In Varanasi Too

New Delhi: Today is a very special day for PM Narendra Modi as he celebrates his 76th birthday. Supporters across the country, along with BJP leaders and workers, are immersed in celebrations. Festivities are in full swing in locations ranging from his birthplace, Vadnagar (Gujarat), to his parliamentary constituency, Kashi. Prayers and rituals are being performed at various places, wishing him a long life.

Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu, and Union Minister Chirag Paswan are present in Kashi for the occasion, alongside CM Yogi Adityanath. They have all performed prayers and rituals in accordance with traditional rites.

Rajnath Singh and CM Yogi Offer Prayers

In Varanasi, PM Modi’s parliamentary constituency, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Chandrababu Naidu, Chirag Paswan, and CM Yogi Adityanath offered prayers today. To wish PM Modi a long life on his birthday, the leaders present offered oblations at 11 Havan Kunds (sacred fire pits) while priests chanted special mantras.

A Maharudrabhishek of Lord Vishwanath was also performed. Following this, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and CM Yogi Adityanath flagged off a bike rally from Kashi to Vadnagar.

Bike Rally Flagged Off

A bike rally travelling from Vadnagar, Gujarat, to Kashi was flagged off to mark PM Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday. Union Home Minister Amit Shah flagged off the rally in Vadnagar. Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi, and Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde were also present at the event.

In Vadnagar, the leaders first offered prayers for PM Modi’s longevity. Speaking at the event, Amit Shah remarked that under PM Modi’s leadership, the party has achieved continuous victories. He noted that Modi has not lost a single election in 25 years and has consistently earned the trust of the public. He added that the BJP has now also conquered the stronghold of West Bengal.

1.25 Lakh Diyas to be Lit at Kartavya Path in Delhi

It is worth noting that the historic ‘Seva Sankalp’ bike rally from Vadnagar to Varanasi has already been flagged off; the journey began with the riders divided into 10 separate groups. Several events are also being organised in the capital, Delhi, today to mark PM Modi’s birthday. Additionally, 1.25 lakh diyas (earthen lamps) will be lit at Kartavya Path.

Rekha Gupta has appealed to the public to light a ‘Diya of Blessings’ (Aashirwad ka Diya) in their homes between 6 PM and 7 PM. She also performed a ‘100-Kund Havan’ at the Khatu Shyam Temple in Alipur and prayed for PM Modi’s long life.
