New Delhi: While monsoon rains have brought some relief to several areas, many regions are still experiencing torrential downpours. Rivers, drains, and ponds are overflowing due to the rain, keeping the situation grim. The monsoon has not yet receded; forecasts predict rain accompanied by winds reaching speeds of 75 to 80 km/h, which is likely to disrupt normal life once again.
