According to the latest update of India Meteorological Department (IMD), rain activities may remain intense especially in some parts of south-western Uttar Pradesh. There is a possibility of heavy rain in many areas of UP on 3 September. So, if you’re heading out, check your area’s update before leaving.

According to the weather department’s forecast, a red alert has been issued in some areas where heavy rain is expected. Let us tell you that heavy rain will occur in these areas:

  • Banda,
  • Chitrakoot,
  • Jalaun,
  • Hamirpur,
  • Mahoba,
  • Jhansi, and
  • Lalitpur

Heavy rain is expected this morning on September 3rd. In addition to these districts, light to moderate rain may also be seen in surrounding areas. Therefore, if you live in these areas, step out of your home with caution.
