New Delhi: A new team has been formed for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). While new faces have been inducted, significant changes have also been made. Amit Malviya, who was heading the BJP’s IT cell, has been replaced; Deepak Mhaske from Chhattisgarh has been entrusted with the responsibility of National Convener of the BJP IT cell.
Amit Malviya has issued his first statement following his exclusion from the party’s new national team. He extended his best wishes to the newly appointed BJP office-bearers, including Deepak Mhaske. He remarked that the new team was announced at a time when the party is preparing to scale new heights and take its message and organizational reach to every corner of the country.
What Amit Malviya said after stepping down
Reflecting on his tenure, Amit Malviya who had been managing the BJP’s IT cell since 2015 shared his thoughts. He stated, “I had the privilege of working alongside all of them over the past decade. I am confident that under their leadership, the BJP’s digital communication will reach new milestones and continue to shape public discourse in India with confidence, creativity, and clarity.”
What did Malviya say about the new IT chief?
Amit Malviya said, I would especially like to congratulate Deepak Mhaske, who will take my place as the head of the BJP’s social media department. I also congratulate Priti Gandhi, Shivanand Dwivedi, Alok Bhatt, and Arun Yadav on their appointments as co-conveners.” Deepak Mhaske from Chhattisgarh has previously served as a BJP national spokesperson and has played an active role in the party’s organizational and media activities.
The last 11 years will always be special to me – Malviya
Amit Malviya thanked his supporters. In a social media post, he wrote, This family stood by me through every up and down. We played a decisive role in giving a new direction to public discourse in India. You are, for me personally, a source of energy.” During the past 11 years of helming this department, I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with many of you.
