New Delhi: Significant uproar was witnessed in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly on the second day of the monsoon session as well. Samajwadi Party MLAs created a massive commotion in the House over the theft of offerings from the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Amidst loud sloganeering, CM Yogi Adityanath was unable to complete his speech in the House.
Subsequently, CM Yogi Adityanath targeted members of the opposition parties and questioned the conduct of the SP MLAs. He strongly criticised the opposition, stating that they lack faith in democratic values. Here are the details of what the CM said in the House.
CM Yogi calls opposition’s conduct shameful.
CM Yogi Adityanath lashed out in the Assembly on Tuesday while SP MLAs were raising slogans. He remarked that the opposition lacks faith in democratic values and described the conduct of the SP and the opposition as not only unconstitutional but also shameful. He stated that the opposition intends to waste the House’s valuable time.
The government is prepared to discuss every issue, yet they have no faith in anything. The Chief Minister said they are playing with the interests of UP’s 25 crore people. He termed the SP’s behaviour undemocratic, noting that the entire state is watching and that they should not make a mockery of democracy.
CM Adityanath further stated that opposition parties aim to waste the House’s valuable time by raising unnecessary issues. Before the session began, the ruling party had assured that any motions submitted in accordance with the rules would be discussed, and the government would provide a response.
Sachin Yadav was suspended for the entire session.n
Samajwadi Party MLAs created a major ruckus. SP MLA Sachin Yadav staged a protest by displaying a photograph of CM Yogi Adityanath. Speaker Satish Mahana issued a warning to him. He was advised to refrain from such activities. When he did not comply, the Speaker warned that action could be taken regarding his membership if he did not leave. Subsequently, the Speaker summoned the marshals and had him removed from the House. They have been suspended for the entire session.

Uproar erupted in the Legislative Assembly when a move was made to evict SP MLA Sachin Yadav. SP MLAs immediately rallied around him. The Speaker then warned that action would also be taken against anyone supporting him. Amidst the scuffling in the House, a large number of SP MLAs rushed into the Well. The proceedings had to be adjourned following the commotion.
