SBI Clerk
Until August 26, 2025, candidates may apply for SBI Clerk 2026 on the official website, sbi.co.in.
Applications are now being accepted for the Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) position, also referred to as SBI Clerk, at the State Bank of India (SBI).
6589 Junior Associate positions (both normal and backlog) at the bank will be filled by this hiring campaign. August 26 is the deadline for applications.
Until August 26, 2025, interested and qualified people may apply for the position of SBI Clerk 2026 via the official website, sbi.co.in.
As on April 1, 2025, candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 28. Accordingly, they should have been born between April 2, 1997, and April 1, 2005 (inclusive). According to government regulations, applicants from the reserved group are exempt from the higher age limit.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited university with a graduate degree in any field. The date of passing should be on or before December 31, 2025, for those seeking integrated dual degrees. If chosen, final-year students may also apply as long as they can present documentation of their graduation by the same date.

- People who are in their last year or semester of graduation may also apply provisionally, but if they are chosen, they will need to provide documentation that they completed the graduation exam by December 31, 2025, at the latest.
Procedure for Selection
- There are three steps in the hiring process:
- Preliminary Exam: An hour-long, online objective test with a 100-point rating.
- Main Exam: This phase takes place over two hours and forty minutes and comprises of 190 questions worth 200 marks.
- Local Language Test: Candidates who have been provisionally selected but have not studied the state’s designated local language in Class 10 or 12 must pass the 20-point Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT).

Application Cost
For candidates in the General, OBC, and EWS categories, the application cost is Rs 750. Candidates who are SC, ST, PwBD, XS, or DXS are not need to pay the cost.
