In the meantime, the initial public offering (IPO) of Mangal Electrical Industries Private Limited is scheduled to commence on August 20 and end on August 22. The issue will generate ₹400 crore for Mangal Electrical. The lot size for the company’s IPO is 26 shares, and the price range is ₹533–₹561. This business was founded in 2008.
₹242 crore will be raised by Patel Retail.
The smallest issue, Patel Retail, will open on August 19. By issuing its shares at a price of ₹237–255 per share, the company is raising ₹242.76 crore. There are 58 equity shares in the deal. Ambernath-based Founded in 2008, Patel Retail is a chain of retail supermarkets that mostly serves tier-3 cities and their environs.
In the meantime, Vikram Solar, a solar photovoltaic module manufacturer based in Kolkata, was founded in 2005. In contrast, Shreejee Shipping, a shipping and logistics firm founded in 1995 and based in Jamnagar, specializes in dry-bulk cargo. Founded in 1997, Gem Aromatics is a maker of specialized ingredients with its headquarters located in Mumbai.

The issue will close on August 21 after opening on Tuesday, August 19. The price range for the company is Rs 315 to Rs 332. With an estimated listing price of Rs 392-393, the shares were fetching an 18% grey market premium, or Rs 60-61 per share, at the upper price range.
