KAKASANA (Crow Pose)

To do the Kakasana, First Stand with your feet together. Bend forward and place your palms on the ground in front of your feet, spreading your fingers wide. Now, bend your elbows and move your knees outward. Slowly shift your body weight onto your hands. Keep your face looking forward. Gradually lift your feet off the ground, bringing them together in the air Hold this position for about 20-30 seconds, then relax.
VRIKSHASANA (Tree Pose)

To do the Tree Pose or Vrikshana, Stand straight on the ground. Raise your hands above your head and join them together. Now, place one foot on the thigh of your other leg. Try to keep your foot near your pelvic region. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, then relax.
