Ladli Behna Yojana : The Madhya Pradesh government is running a scheme for Ladli Behna that provides them with monthly financial assistance of ₹1,500. Previously, women received ₹1,250 under this scheme, which the government later increased to ₹1,500 per month. Efforts will be made to increase this amount to ₹3,000 by 2028. This scheme now offers Ladli Behna the opportunity to earn an additional ₹5,000.
The government will also provide an additional ₹5,000 incentive to women involved in business or industry. This will empower women financially and increase their income, strengthening their financial situation and enabling them to continue their work without interruption. This benefit is available only to women involved in industry.
Which women will get ₹5000?
Those women who take benefit of Ladli Behna Yojana and work in readymade garment units or other factories and avail the benefit of government subsidy, these women will get the benefit. This amount will be sent in the form of subsidy in the bank accounts of the industries, which will be given in the account of the women every month along with their salary. Its purpose is to make women self-reliant and to give them employment opportunities in industries in future, so that their living conditions can improve, that is, Ladli Behans will not only get ₹1500 every month but apart from this, ₹5000 will be given extra to those women who are working in any industry.
Eligibility for 5000
Now, women can get an additional amount of Rs 5000 under the Ladli Behna Yojana, but for this, women will have to fulfill some eligibility criteria –
- Women must be registered under the Ladli Behan Yojana.
- Those women who get a monthly salary will get the benefit.
- The name of the woman should be registered in the EPF/ESI or factory attendance record.
- Women who work regularly in any industry, factory or manufacturing unit.
- This scheme will also include those women who are employed and those who have just started working.
Lakhs of women in Madhya Pradesh will benefit from this scheme
Under the Ladli Behna Yojana in Madhya Pradesh, women receive financial assistance of ₹1500 per month. Now, Ladli Behens will also receive an incentive of ₹5000. When will the 31st installment of the Ladli Behan Yojana come?
The 31st installment of the Madhya Pradesh government’s Ladli Behna Yojana may come between December 5th and December 10th, 2025. Although no official announcement has been made, but as the previous installments were released on these dates, this installment can be released by the second week of December. Under this scheme, ₹1500 is transferred to the accounts of women every month. This amount is directly debited to the accounts of women.
