Junaid’s family alleges that the police are harassing him and have visited his home twice. When the police arrived the first night, Mustafa was taken to the police station. After a brief interview, he was released. The second time, the police arrived in the morning, taking his bank passbook and documents with them. Furthermore, the police also went to Junaid’s sister’s in-laws’ home in Meerut to question her.

Junaid reaches Supreme Court
Junaid has reached the Supreme Court regarding this matter. He has filed a petition file in the Supreme Court. In this petition, Junaid has leveled numerous allegations and accusations against the delhi police. He claims that the Delhi Police held him hostage in a vehicle for five to six hours at midnight on July 24th 2026 and then left him in a deserted area. He also alleges that his all family members are being harassed and detained, and this is why Junaid has filed the petition.
