Now heat oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn light golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook well until the tomatoes soften and release oil. After the tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix the spices well and sauté lightly. Now add the chopped carrots, bell peppers, and green peas. Cook the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become slightly soft. After this, add the boiled macaroni to the pan. Add salt and Maggi masala from above, then mix everything well so that the macaroni and spices are thoroughly combined.
If needed, you can add a little water and stir the macaroni so that a proper layer of masala is formed. Finally, cover the macaroni with a plate and cook it on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then turn off the gas and finally garnish the macaroni with finely chopped fresh coriander. Now the hot and delicious veg masala macaroni is ready.
