Besan Laddu
Friends, on Diwali, everyone gives sweets to one another. So, this Diwali, if you want to make a good and tasty sweet at home and serve it to your relatives and friends, then in today’s article we are going to tell you the recipe of a very tasty sweet. And that recipe is for Besan ke Laddu (gram flour sweet balls).
So this Diwali, make Besan ke Laddu at home and serve them to everyone. Let’s now learn the complete recipe step-by-step.
Ingredients

- Besan (gram flour): 2 cups
- Ghee (clarified butter): ¾ cup
- Powdered sugar (adjust to taste): ¾ to 1 cup
- Cardamom powder: ½ teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (optional – cashews, almonds, pistachios)
Cooking Method
First, take the besan (gram flour). Then, heat the ghee in a pan. Once the ghee is hot, add the besan to the pan. As soon as you add the besan, keep stirring it continuously so that it doesn’t stick to the pan—otherwise, the besan will get ruined. Keep stirring continuously until the besan turns light brown.
Once the besan starts turning golden brown, set it aside to cool. Now we have to add the sugar, but remember: only add the sugar once the besan has completely cooled down.

Once the besan has cooled, mix in the powdered sugar. After the sugar mixes well, also add the cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. Then finely chop all the dry fruits and add them to the besan mixture.
Now it’s time to shape the laddus. For this, take the besan mixture and shape it into round balls like laddus. While shaping, apply a little ghee to your hands so that the laddus don’t break and come out perfectly.
Once all the laddus are shaped, store them in a jar and serve them the next day.
These laddus are completely organic and healthy, and you can also eat them for health benefits. Along with Diwali, you can make and enjoy them during other festivals as well.
