- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil (preferably mustard or vegetable oil)
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
