Tamil Nadu Karur stampede: A stampede broke out during actor-politician Vijay’s programme in Tamil Nadu. So far, 39 people have been reported dead and more than 95 injured in this stampede. What caused the accident?

The Tamil Nadu Karur stampede was caused by crowds and heat. Vijay was scheduled to deliver a speech at a rally in Karur on Saturday. Approximately 10,000 people were expected, but over 27,000 arrived. The extreme heat and humidity caused people to faint. Vijay failed to arrive at his scheduled time, arriving approximately six hours late. During this time, the crowd continued to grow, and the situation became uncontrollable, leading to people fainting due to the heat.
Keeping an eye on the condition of CM Stalin

In the Tamil Nadu Karur stampede, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin has posted on Instagram and said that he is keeping an eye on the situation. He said that I have contacted Health Minister Subramaniam and former Minister Senthil Balaji and the District Collector and asked them to provide immediate treatment to the people who fainted in the crowd. Tamil Nadu Health Minister Subramaniam has reached Karur where more than 45 doctors are being sent to treat the injured so that proper treatment can be given to the people.
39 people confirmed dead

So far 39 people have been confirmed dead in the Tamil Nadu Karur stampede accident, which included women, men and children. More than 95 people have been injured in this accident, although the number of dead and injured may increase further. The injured people are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Compensation announced for stampede victims
