Educational Qualification
To apply for SSC CGL Vacancy 2026 exam, candidates must fulfill the educational qualification prescribed by this recruitment. Different qualifications have been prescribed for different posts –
- Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) – To apply for this, candidates must have passed Graduation in any subject and 60% marks in Mathematics in class 12 or with Statistics as a subject in Graduation.
- Statistical Investigator Grade-2 – For these posts, candidates must have passed Economics, Statistics or Mathematics as a compulsory or optional subject in Graduation.
- Research Assistant (NHRC) – For this, candidates must have Graduation and 1 year research experience in a recognized university/institute.
- Other Posts – For other posts, candidates must have passed Graduation degree in any subject.
Age Eligibility
The minimum age limit to apply for SSC CGL Vacancy 2026 is 18 years and candidates between 27 to 32 years will be eligible to apply as per the posts, however, reserved category candidates will also get age relaxation, age will be calculated on the basis of 1st July 2026.
